all2all limits the collection and use of personal data to what is necessary for providing, maintaining and supporting its services.

Website visits

This website is generated statically with Hugo. Standard web server logs may contain technical information such as IP address, requested URL, browser user agent, date and time of access and HTTP status code.

These logs are used for security, diagnostics and service maintenance. They are not used for advertising profiling.

Service data

When a customer requests hosting, mail, domain names or technical support, all2all may process contact details, billing information, service configuration, support exchanges and domain registrant data when required.

Purpose limitation

Customer data is used only for internal service processing: account handling, support, billing, abuse prevention, technical maintenance and legal or administrative obligations linked to the requested service.

all2all does not sell customer data and does not operate advertising-based profiling.

Domain names

Domain registration may require transmitting registrant or contact data to registries, registrars or technical providers involved in domain name management. The required data depends on the extension and registry rules.

Email and encryption

Support is usually handled by email. Sensitive information should be shared carefully. Passwords should not be sent in clear text when this can be avoided.

Confidentiality

Access to customer data is limited to people who need it for technical, administrative or support work. all2all treats operational information, support history and service configuration as confidential.

Retention

Data needed to manage the service is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and afterwards to meet applicable accounting and tax obligations or where needed as evidence.

Support correspondence and records of work carried out form a confidential history of services and internal procedures. They may be retained for ten years or longer where this is justified by their technical or administrative value, or their use as evidence. Access is restricted to people who need it for their work. Incidental personal data that is no longer needed may be reviewed and removed while preserving the technical lessons learned from the work.

The terms of use explain how hosted content is retained after a service ends and how backup copies expire over time. Requests concerning personal data are assessed in light of legal obligations, individuals’ rights and the need to retain evidence.
